教學生對的事 弘光餐飲系停用頂新原物料

抵制頂新商品，台中弘光科大校方發起運動，透過通訊軟體，發訊息給全校師生，呼籲一起拒買頂新產品，校內連鎖超商業者，也經向總公司請示，討論不賣頂新新產品的可能性，餐飲科系上課的原物料，更是全面停用頂新產品。
餐飲教室學生拌炒義大利麵的醬料，陣陣香氣，讓人口水直流，不過仔細看，這麼大的一間教室裡面，完全看不到頂新集團的產品，台中知名弘光科大餐飲系，發起運動，全面禁用頂新產品。
學生何宛輿：「如果老闆用頂新產品的話，我會跟老闆建議(不要用)，因為畢竟這是很黑心不良的，自己也是完全抵制頂新產品。」
弘光科大餐旅系主任俞克元：「不是只有取得食材後，我們要教育他們訓練他們，更重要的事他們要怎麼取得，適當的食材，前端的部分也是我們教育很重要的一環，這些頂新的產品，它並沒有獨特性，獨特到我們非用它不可那種程度。」
抵制頂新，校方不只在餐飲教室口，張貼標語，更透過通訊軟體，傳遞訊息全校師生，標題就是抵制頂新味全商品進入校園販售，裡面提到，校方要借此事件，警惕不肖商人，不只在上課使用的原物料，也呼籲不要買校內超商的頂新產品。
學生余柏翰：「不會說到影響學生自由思維，而是學校這樣的建議，能夠對學生的食品安全多一層保護。」
